Beyond that, you need to make sure you are using an unicode compatible font and not one which has custom encoding.

Need advise/help here... I've already downloaded the trial version of World Tools and seems to be on the right track.

But funny this when i copy paste the arabic text from MS Word to Indesign seems to appear quite different. Issit cuz of the font problem perhaps?
