I am having the same problem. I had the trial of World Tools installed but then went and bought a license when this ran out.

 

I bought two licenses, installed mine and then the other on the second computer. The second computer works fine but mine doesn't.

I get the error message:

 

oops! one of two things may of happened:
1) after starting InDesign, no InDesign document has been opened.
2) World Tools has not been licensed and trail has expired.

 

I wondered if the reason there was an is beacuse I had the plug-in already installed?

 

I have responded to an email you sent me, but I need this sorting urgently.

I think we resolved this by email.

These issues are usually caused by the wrong plugin being installed or trying to install on multiple machines or InDesign installations.

I just moved to a new version of InDesign on a new computer and I need some help getting my in-tools plug-ins to activate. When I click "activate" now I get the following message:

"Your license could not be found.
Do you have an activation code?"

I was never sent an activation code but just activated the plug-ins through the in-tools dashboard. How can I get my products up and running again? I really need to get the plug-ins running again right away.
