The extension is located in Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\CS[X]ServiceMananger\extensions. If you are using CC or CC 2014, it will be inside a subfolder called CEP or similar instead of the CS[X]ServiceManager folder.

I have uninstalled via Windows and removed all files marked in tools but I can't get rid of the menu item in Indesign 6 called 'intools main memory key'. Could you advise how to get rid of this menu item?
