I purchased WorldTools Pro, it is now listed as expired demo in the dashboard. Since I never received an activation code (it was activated by In-Tools), I can’t re-enter any either. Help!!!

I ran the demo of the World Tools plug in a while back and then chose to purchase the World Tools Pro Plug In.

 

Since then, everytime I open InDesign I get a reminder that the World Tools plug in has ezpired.

 

Any suggestions on how can I remove this plug in and the stop the annoying message?
