We have since upgraded to CS6, but I still use CS5 for Arabic documents. When I try to use the World Tools plug-in in CS5, I get an error message that says:

 

Oops! One of two things may have happened.
1) After starting InDesign, no InDesign document has been opened (I have a document open).
    Solution: Open Document
2) World Tools has not been licensed and the trial has expired.
    Solution: Purchase license at http://www.in-tools.com 

 

My In-Tools Dashboard says that the plug-in is activated and I have the email confirming the purchase of the license. I sent an email to "Contact Us", but I never received a response.
