I'm not sure why the trial ended prematurely. We have no method of enabling a trial once it has ended.

 

I can assure you that you will not have the issue once licensed and activated. If you have any issues, we will resolve them or refund your license fee.

However, with 10 days left on the trial I can no longer seem to access the tools within Indesign 5.5 When i go to the in-tools bar at the top of the screen my only option available is to access the in-tools dashboard. I have trried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing seems to work. Obviously i don't want to risk purchasing the tools if it turns out i will have the same problem. Any help would be appreciated
