I have purchased 2 licences of World Tools Pro plugin in 2015. One of them unable to activate.

As recently, I have upgraded my OS. Therefore, I need to reinstall the plugin and I am having trouble activating it.

Everytime we press the Activate Button it says that there is activation of World Tools failed and need an Activation code.

Can you please advise on what steps to take to carry out to the activation or whether it is possible to obtain the Activation Code.

I bought a new computer and need to move my World Tools over.
Since the new computer's dashboard shows an "Activate" button, I was expecting to find some sort of a deactivation procedure on the old computer's dashboard, but not so the case.

Anyway, when I click on "Activate", it says:
"Oops. Your license could not be found. Do you have an activation code?"

Then I click "no", because I never received one. The license was activated on the old computer through the dashboard.
Afterwards I click on "Transfer your license to another computer". That will open the contact form here on the web site. I sent an email explaining my situation, but never received a reply.

What to do?

I have World-Tools on my computer but me colleague doesn’t. It turned out, that she can’t change the settings of paragraph styles in the template I created, without the lettered lists turning to numbered lists. Is there a way to solve this problem? It seems to be caused by World-Tools, as this is the only difference between our computers.

I've contacted support a few times now with no response so hopefully some other user will be kind enough to help me.
We purchased World Tools Pro because we have a book which needs the page numbering to work from right to left. The best i've been able to do so far is get facing page spreads to do this, not the entire document.
For example the first spread will be numbered 2, 1, then the next spread will be 4, 3.
What we need to happen is assuming the total number of pages is 64, the "first" page should be 64 and then work backwards.
Can this be done with World Tools Pro?
