We purchased World Published Suite Pro and installed it a couple of days ago.

The problem is that all plugins result not installed, but - in the intools dashboard- the Suite result activated.

I'm working in CS6 for windows 7 Professional.

In the dashboard > plugins the "Istall" button on the left column is available but it doesn't work.

 

How can we manage with this?
