I'm working on a PC with INDD CS5.5. I've had the World Tools plug-in purchased and installed since 6/11. (v. 2.0.5). Today, I went to work on a project and the World Ready Composer wouldn't activate. I received a message saying that the tool wasn't licensed and the trial had expired.

Not sure what's going on, but I went to my In-Tools login account and verified my three different versions on World Tools. This one (for CS5.5) is listed.

Any help would be most appreciated.

In the Dashboard it's showing as activated?

 

If yes, contact support and we'll help you clear out corrupted preferences.

Yes, it's showing as activated in the Dashboard.

Forgive me sounding dumb, but the only contact I saw originally was for compliments, items other than what is listed in FAQs, and the like. Is there a particular path you could point me to?
