Plugin not activating, unable to get response from support General Discussions Forum

I have moved from one computer to another, using the same install of Indesign and am unable to get world tools to activate. I have contacted support 3 days in a row and have gotten not response. Please advise.
I have a large project I am working on and I need this plugin in order to finish it.
