I have moved from one computer to another, using the same install of Indesign and am unable to get world tools to activate. I have contacted support 3 days in a row and have gotten not response. Please advise.

 

I have a large project I am working on and I need this plugin in order to finish it.

I've contacted support as well with no response. Have moved versions of InDesign and need to reactivate.

So annoying that my client's job is now going to be late!Frown

Harbs,

Project due today, due to a nasty virus, I had to reinstall my OS. I emailed support and received no response at all. PLEASE reactivate my Publisher Suite Pro! The forum seems to be the only way for customers to receive any help! Cry
