I'm sorry if I'm being impatient; I sent a request for assistance using the form on the Contact Us page, but I haven't received a reply, and I thought I'd try the forum.

 

I downloaded the Side Heads installer for InDesign CS6 and ran it. The "InTools" menu appears in ID, and it has a single item, "InTools Dashboard." The InTools Dashboard shows that the Side Heads plugin is installed and has 30 days left on the demo. But there's no "API" menu or "Side Heads" menu item anywhere that I can see.

 

I'd really like to try the plugin and perhaps buy it. Do you have any idea what I might be doing wrong? I'm running InDesign CS6 under Windows 7 Pro x64.

Apparently, APID was not installed for some reason.

 

Please download and install APID from here: http://www.rorohiko.com/wordpr.....assistant/
