just wondering if there is a way to adjust the default in Change Case By Style.

it's currently set to "Smart Title Case" but we're always using "UPPERCASE", constantly having to change it.

how do we change the default to "UPPER CASE"?

No. There's currently no way to set that.

It should probably default to the last-used value. I'll add that to the list of things that should be improved...
