Hi guys,

I am looking into using worldtools to re-order ariabic text, I downloaded the demo to have a look at it and see if it met my needs before purchasing a licence, however whenever I try to enable world ready composition it tells me that my demo may have expired and I need to purchase the full version, however I have only just installed the demo and when I check the dashboard it says that I have 29 days remaining.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Michael

Hi Michael,

I don't know what happened maybe something got messed up with you clock, but we don't have any way of reseting demo timeouts.

You can try installing World Tools Pro instead to try it out.

Thanks Harbs,

Tried that instead and it worked, however, for some reason whenever I paste arabic text into the document (with world ready composition enabled) it completely changes the text (see images below).

  Original text

  World tools text

I have the following settings applied:

Adobe world-ready paragraph composer, right to left paragraph direction, arabic justification, left to right character direction, kashidas enabled, right bound, right to left story direction.

Would you have any idea what could be causing this?

Thanks, Michael

Hi, i think i have a similar problem… just bought the licence upgrade from Worldtools Pro CS6 to CC and installed the plugin x64 and x86, everithing go fine til the successful activation but after that the plugin hold on telling me to activate! if i reboot indesign it popup with activation box and even if, after activation, i close and open again the dashboard it still tell me that the plugin license is expired! then i clic activate and it runs -until i reboot indesign- and so on… just tried to reinstall the plugin but no effect. On my system there is also indesign CS5.5 with the same plugin working correctly (it tells me it is activated and hold the activation)… please tell me what to to and if you need more infos.

Thanks in advance

Paola
