I downloaded and installed the WT Pro for CS6 on my Windows 7 (64-bi) PC, but not all the tools  show up and there is no manual I can find. Before I but the product, I would like to see that it can do what I need —to begin with, "rubi" in Japanese. I would also appreciate some kind of help tools so that I can try and figure these things out for myself.

To access the Ruby and Kenten seetings, open the World Tools (CJK) panel and click on the flyout menu. You can select either Ruby or Kenten.

To read the manual, open the In-Tools Dashboard and select World Tools Pro from the list. On the left side, click on the "Read Manual" button.

Sorry, but my flyout menu has nothing of the sort. I made a screen shot of it, but this forum can't really handle it. When I click on the "Add image" icon, the whole screen fills up with it and everything else from this page disappears. First time I have ever had this problem on a forum.

Anyway, what I get is: Diacrits, Kashidas, Set Digis type, and openType. Under none of them, nor anywhere in the fly out, do Ruby or Kenten appear.

As for the Read manual button, it is grayed out and cannot be selected.

Here's what you should see:

(I had no problems uploading. Not sure what happened for you.)

The Read Manual Button requires that you first select the product. (In your case World Tools Pro.)

I thought I was clear: I have a PC, Windows-based computer. You have a MAC. Obviously, the screens are very different.

The flyout menu is the same. You are describing a different menu. Please make sure you are clicking on the panel flyout menu.

Got it. Thanks. I was working from the PLUG-IN menu at the top, but the manual showed me where to look.
