Hi,
I purchased 2 world tools plugins on the 27th June. Since then I havent been able to activate the products using the inbuilt process. I get "the connection could not be established to the intools website. an internet connection is necessary to login to your in-tools.com account"
I have an internet connection and can login to your website okay.
Please advise how I activate the product before the demo licence runs out.

Hi David,

 

I responded via email.

 

There is some firewall and web filtering software which does not allow the dialog to connect unless in-tools.com is whitelisted.
