Hello in-tools team,
we bought the plugin World Tools Pro and activated it one month ago. Everything was ok.
Now as i tried to use it again i got the error message:

oops! one of two things may of happened:
1) after starting InDesign, no InDesign document has been opened.
2) World Tools has not been licensed and trail has expired.

We tried restarting InDesign and the OS but we got the same error again.
Mac OSX 10.6.8
Indsign CS5
Please tell us what we can do. I reported the bug last week but got no Feedback from you.

I'm having the same exact problem. Purchased June 28th, activated July 1st. However I'm on Windows 7. Any help is appreciated.

Any update on how to fix this? I have a deadline for some materials that need to be created using the plugin. It was working fine previously.

I normally expect forums to display a progressive thread on recommended solutions for the posted topic at hand. How useful is a chronogical stack of annoyed users without the developer reponse for a solution? What's the point?

We have 19 purchased & registered licenses of your plug-in. We get annoyed by the registration expiration VERY frequently. Your latest trial-reinstall does not overcome the problem any longer! This problem is now going from 'bad' to 'worse'!

We just released a new installer which we hope solves the activation problem. FWIW, the majority of users do not have this problem.

 

Feel free to let us know via email the details of your problem, and we'll do what we can to solve it...

A common reason for activation not working is installing World Tools instead of World Tools Pro and vice versa.
